Three Three Robin

Condominium, 1367 sqft

An apartment located at Robin Road is a combining Japanese influence, a gentle colour palette inspired by one of Italy's legendary printmakers, and a furniture collection from Scandinavian brands created this cosy abode. Functionality is key within the Japandi aesthetic and this can be seen with plenty of storage built around the apartment. The neutral Scandi tones are balanced with rich and warm tones of green in the living room and kitchen, creating an interior that warms the soul.

The owners’ favourite hotel is a cosy hideaway in Barcelona called the Margot House where surfaces are white-washed and mixed with light wood textures, naturally inspiring this very Japandi space. Inspired by the owners’ favourite hotel in Barcelona, where surfaces are whitewashed and mixed with light wood textures, perfectly reflecting balance and harmony. A design blend of the art decor, modern furniture and exposed natural architectural elements.

The way light touches spaces and the interior elements is almost poetic, highlighting details, simple features or textures that we wouldn't otherwise have come to notice or appreciate in the same way. The contrast of materials, together with the warm accents, adds to this apartment's cosiness and exudes a sense of tranquillity.

Embrace a minimalistic and inviting space paired with Danish furniture pieces. With the Gubi's Multi-Lite pendant lights and the Wishbone chairs from Carl Hansen, the effect is no less hygge.

“Architectural alterations were kept to a minimal; the approach was more on interior styling.”

The furniture pieces, accessories and artworks are a mix of clients’ own collections and new pieces curated together with our teams. The furniture fitting pieces include items from Hay, Carl Hansen & Son to Santa & Cole.

The owners are avid readers with a sizeable book collection. This bookshelf serves to display the collection, acts as a space divider and adds texture to the room with its woven material accent. The tonal whites are classic Morandi.
